Hall monitors and general enforcers of the rules. They are given limited ability to enforce the rules of Garden, though obviously, they can be overruled by any instructor. SeeD are generally considered above the Disciplinary Committee, but are encouraged not to antagonize or undermine their authority unnecessarily.
